Energy conservation is not new. What has changed is the technology that can help us reduce our reliance on fossil fuels. This series of events aims to raise public awareness of the new technologies and how they can help us achieve net zero.

A holistic wellbeing centre in the city centre offering a range of therapies and treatments. The centre runs weekly events & classes. There is a lovely shop stocking a wide range of crystals and aromatherapy products, an in-house café with an amazing range of vegan food and cakes and co-working space too!

Casa de la Musica Private Hire Space
The Casa de la Musica bar is the perfect location to hold Wellness & Wellbeing networking events. The area has a capacity for up to 200 guests and exhibitors. We are looking forward to running several events throughout 2025 from this amazing location.

Right in the centre of Nottingham is a flavour of Havana and the home of Cuban-style celebracións. Just near the Theatre Royal Concert Hall, join us for a drink at the cocktail bar with a difference and make a night of it with a selection of the finest rums in the world. Rich, aromatic Cuban coffee, full-on Latin-inspired feasts, fresh tapas from our Cantina menu and classic Cuban cocktails combine with live music. And the result? The perfect escape.

Flambards Room
We are proud to announce the new location of our events promotions. The events will mostly be run on weekdays & weekday evenings. They will have different themes, some will be purely therapies or craft workshops. We will hold specialist events including a selection of the 3 most popular therapies of which that attendees will choose 2 out of 3 in addition to a craft workshop which will be the main theme of the event.

The Belgrave Rooms was the location of our first big wellness & wellbeing event. It allowed us to develop our community of exhibitors & therapists so, due to popular demand we will be returning to this venue later in the year.
