  A holistic wellbeing centre in the city centre offering a range of therapies and treatments.  The centre runs weekly events & classes. There is a lovely shop stocking a wide range of crystals and aromatherapy products, an in-house café with an amazing range of vegan food and cakes and co-working space too!

 The Casa de la Musica bar is the perfect location to hold Wellness & Wellbeing networking events. The area has a capacity for up to 200 guests and exhibitors.  We are looking forward to running several events throughout 2025 from this amazing location.

 Right in the centre of Nottingham is a flavour of Havana and the home of Cuban-style celebracións.  Just near the Theatre Royal Concert Hall, join us for a drink at the cocktail bar with a difference and make a night of it with a selection of the finest rums in the world. Rich, aromatic Cuban coffee, full-on Latin-inspired feasts, fresh tapas from our Cantina menu and classic Cuban cocktails combine with live music. And the result? The perfect escape.

 It is our intention in 2025 to run as series of 1 to 1 training courses in this prestigious room.    The events will mostly be run on weekday afternoons & evenings. I will add more details shortly.  The training courses will cover energy saving and home automation in line with Nottingham's pledge to CN28.

The Flambards room has a capacity for a maximum of 20 attendees.  We will proved all the material for the training courses.

 The Belgrave Rooms was the location of our first big wellness & wellbeing event.  It allowed us to develop our community of exhibitors & therapists so, due to popular demand we will be returning to this venue later in the year.

The Belgrave Rooms is the perfect location for large public events.  It has recently been nicely decorated, and has 3 large easy to use multimedia display screens too. 

The only downside is that there is limited parking, but it is very close to the Nottingham City public transport hub.   

The Style Studio was the location where we did our first Wellness & Wellbeing events.  It is easily accessible, and there is ample public car parking in the Vitoria Centre underground car park.  This location is perfect for small events catering for a maximum of 15 attendees.
